Full Job Description
S&N Home Care LLC is seeking responsible, caring and compassionate individuals for Caregiver Positions who will provide quality services to its clients in Montezuma, Franklin, Mooresville, Danville and Greenwood Areas, Marion County and surrounding counties in Indiana, by following their Individualized Service Plan. The Caregivers are expected to able to work independently with high integrity, providing One on One services to the individuals served. The Caregiver must possess great communication skills and be able to multi-task.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting
Assist with transfers from bed, wheelchair and chair
Alzheimer's/Dementia Care
Meal preparation
Light Housekeeping
Companionship
Transportation
Medication reminders
Complete a daily care log sheet at the end of each shift
Maintaining a professional rapport with all staff, clients, and health professionals
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
