Set your own hours - This position is a 1099 sub-contractor position. You must have reliable transportation, must have a cell phone and knowledge of using apps and taking pictures, must pass a background check ($62) with no criminal record, no sex offenders. This job entails traveling to various homes to determine occupancy, complete exterior and/or interior inspections of bank owned homes. All work is completed on apps. Must be willing to work various hours and weekends to accommodate work load. You will be assigned a territory. Must be detailed oriented, willing to help in other areas as needed, knowledge of Excel is helpful, and routing orders via google maps prior to days work. Serious inquiries only.
