Job Specific Description:
The foreman is expected to lead the crew on a job site, complete given tasks and paperwork, and give the homeowner a breakdown of their project and the job performed. Additionally, a foreman should be able to identify and correct any and all issues at a job site when possible.
Requirements:
Understanding of construction procedures, materials, and management principles
Ability to accurately measure home dimensions
Perform mathematical calculations
Valid driver’s license
Basic computer skills
Identify problems & solutions to accomplish work
Work outside in a variety of weather conditions
Good physical health, with good vision and spatial awareness
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Good balance and safety awareness
Strong verbal & written communication skills

Office located in Michigan City, IN. Our current service area includes all of Northern Indiana, Southwest Michigan, and some areas of Illinois.
Schedule:
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
