General handyman

Looking for a sub contractor (licensed, bonded insured) or handyman employee ($25-35/hour dependent on skill; dependable transportation, reliable, some hand tools) in the Mishawaka area with a variety of skill sets; cabinetry, painting, drywall, carpentry, flooring, lights, outlets, kit/bath drain/faucet install, etc. Most work is performed in Mishawaka, South Bend & Elkhart. Employment does not offer benefits aside pay as we are a very small business, hence, the higher pay rate. Projects and hours will vary by week. Work is primarily in residential rental homes.
