Customer Service and Support
Above all we are looking to hire someone with a great attitude. You will have frequent contact with our customers both in person and on the phone. Previous roles in customer service preferred.
Must be detail oriented with ability to be flexible in handling a variety of assignments.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
A clean driving record is required. Must have reliable transportation.
Hours will be Mon-Fri. This can truly be a great ground floor opportunity for the right individual.
The primary responsibility will be to provide coffee delivery and basic machine maintenance/cleaning service on our automated espresso equipment. Any experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual.
Ideal candidate will have basic computer skills. Previous use of Microsoft Office products preferred: word, excel, outlook.
This position be the main point of contact for many of our customers. Over time, the ideal candidate will be given more responsibility and the ability to grow with the company, and expand in to other roles as interested. This may include full time repair technician, or possibly sales.
