Manage project costs, resources, and schedules and report out to stakeholders. Employ PM tools and development processes such as work-breakdown-structure (WBS), basis-of-estimate (BOE) management, requirements management, scheduling, and cost management. Coordinate with various discipline engineering team members to solve challenging technical requirements and problems. Coordinate new product procurement and product launch activities.YOU MUST HAVE: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics 5+ year(s) technical project and/or program management experience.WE VALUE: Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering field, preferably Mechanical, Material or Aerospace. 7+ years of project engineering or program management experience with direct customer interaction or support. Planning / Estimation, including resource, material, capital, and other needs. Scheduling, including resource-loading and critical path analysis. Risk Management Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience. Business acumen and knowledge of current and emerging practices, methods, and information relevant to the aerospace industry. Ability to redefine an optimal balance of engineering speed, agility, and quality of work. Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking, and ability to adjust priorities quickly.
