Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and empower the quality engineering team, setting an unwavering standard of excellence.
Undertake the development and implementation of advanced quality control processes and procedures.
Engage in the continuous monitoring and analysis of intricate quality performance metrics.
Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to spearhead and steer continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
Guarantee and maintain strict compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Take a proactive, hands-on approach in customer complaint management.
Offer the quality engineering team advanced technical guidance and support.
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTSDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
8+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry, demonstrating your understanding of the unique quality challenges in this sector.
Ability to lead, inspire, and mentor a team to achieve ambitious quality goals.
Advanced knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Advanced collaboration and teamwork skills.
A proven track record in quality engineering and management.
WE VALUE
Master’s degree preferred.
Certification in project management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional).
Additional certifications in quality management, such as Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE).
Proficiency in advanced quality tools and methodologies, such as Design of Experiments (DOE), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
Proficiency in change management methodologies.
