Departments with varying duties may include Carbon Friction, Linings, Inspection, Shipping and Receiving, and Assembly.Follow production schedules and complete work within specific time frames to meet production targets. Adhere to specific operating and work instructions, with the ability to adjust production equipment when necessary and in accordance with manufacturing procedures. Record data and complete production reports. Inspect products for visual defects in accordance with established standards, ensuring that all parts meet quality specifications. Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems, contributing to continual process improvements and the effectiveness of the team. Follow good safety and housekeeping practices in assigned work areas and throughout the plant. Must be able to operate a powered industrial vehicle if required for job duties. Perform other duties as directed by supervision to support the overall production process and meet business objectives.Key Responsibilities
