This facility has 42 robotics that are primarily ABB, some Fanuc. Other equipment will be Glasstech furnaces, Casso Solar ovens, presses, Bando cutting lines, multiple conveyor systems, and Keyence/Cognex vision systems. Job Responsibilities:
Designing and overseeing the build of control panels required new projects
Creation of new control systems
Responsible for integration and commissioning of new and/or legacy equipment
Be proficient in reading and creating electrical diagrams
Ability to work in compliance with all safety local rules and regulations
Programming and designing automated equipment
Qualifications:
Associates in Engineering
3+ years of experience with Allen Bradley PLCS (PLC-5, RSLogix500, and Studio5000)
Experience with Allen Bradley Motion Control (AC/DC drives)
Experience with Allen Bradley HMI (FactoryTalk View)
Preferred but Not Required: AutoCAD Electrical experience
Preferred but Not Required: Bachelors degree in Engineering
