You receive inbound calls from customers looking to book new hotel reservations. You typically sell between 20% - 43% of the calls that you take. This all depends on your closing skill set. Did you build rapport, did you sell the sizzle of the free amenities, did you create urgency, etc.
Does this cost me anything:
No, there is no cost to join the company, and there is no lead cost to you. The company pays for all of the leads.
How much can I make:
You can make anywhere from $14 - $36 per sale on average. Example: If you take 300 phone calls in one day and sell 20% of those, you would have made 60 sales that day. 60 sales times at least $14 per sale would mean that you made $840 that day. If you did that 5 days a week, you would have made $4,200 that week.
What are the hours:

What do I need:
You need a high speed internet preferably with ethernet, but WIFI works as well, chrome browser and an audio headset/microphone.
When do I start:
When your application is approved, you would attend a training program remotely (at your own leisure) on how to navigate the reservation system and how to help callers book hotels. Each time that you want to work, you would login to the platform with your user name and password and start receiving phone calls.
When you sign in (any time of the day, 24/7, 365 days a year), you will receive calls from customers looking to make hotel reservations. You don't need a phone to receive the calls, the call will be delivered through the chrome browser via your internet connection and headset. A laptop and desktop works for this role. An IPAD or trying to do it from a cell phone will not work for this role. If you accept a call which results in a hotel booking, you earn a commission based on the booking profit after the guest checks out.
When do I get paid:
You are paid weekly, via check, or direct deposit. As an independent contractor, no benefits are provided. Based on your overall performance, you can expect to make anywhere from $20-$105 USD per hour. Actual amounts vary depending on your sales performance and call demand when you sign in.
