The second shift Dispatcher hours are Monday - Friday, 3 pm - 12 am and is a contract to permanent opportunity! The Customer Service Dispatcher is responsible for: -Dispatching drivers to the appropriate location -Scheduling appointments -Data Entry of appointments, routes, and service into computer system -Internal and external Customer Service -Sending business correspondenceRequirements
