Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Storeroom Attendant to join their team. As a Storeroom Attendant, you will be part of the operations team supporting the efficient management of inventory and supplies. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.Job Title: Storeroom AttendantLocation: Portage, INPay Range: Starting at $22.72 per hour, increasing to $26.73 after 90 days, and $31.02 upon qualifying as a Senior Attendant.What's the Job?
Issue stock and non-stock parts to the proper departments with correct job coding.
Verify counts on the shelf match counts in Oracle.
Keep accurate information in Oracle and maintain the storeroom's cleanliness.
Receive stock and non-stock parts, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
Fill out bill of ladings properly and enter repairs and returned repairs in the repair log.
What's Needed?
Forklift experience is a must.
Ability to lift and move a minimum of 50 pounds.
Strong analytical abilities and good written and verbal communication skills.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts (7p-7am or 7am-7pm), including weekends and holidays .
Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
