Description Join a leading service company based in Pittsboro, dedicated to providing exceptional service solutions it's diverse clientele. As the company expands, they are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Clerk to join their team. This role is contract to hire and will require the individual to work in office Monday thru Friday. Responsibilities:
Pulling vendor invoices daily
Processing credit card payments daily
Filing important documents and maintaining organization of records
Conducting bank reconciliations across 8 different bank accounts on a daily basis
Maintaining vendor records in NetSuite
Using basic Excel functions (sort, filter) for data management and reporting
Requirements
Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar role
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel (Sort, Filter)
Experience with NetSuite software will be considered an advantage
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
