Desktop Support Analyst

Description We are in search of a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team. Situated in Munster, Indiana, this role revolves around the IT industry, providing asset management, software installation, and support to our team. This opportunity offers a long term contract employment.Responsibilities: Conduct a thorough discovery of all equipment in various locations Manage asset data input into excel after a detailed assessment of each PC Transition to the deployment/upgrade project after the initial discovery phase is complete Install necessary software on desktops as part of the deployment/upgrade project Provide level one helpdesk support to assist with any technical issues Utilize Active Directory for managing user data and security Handle Apple devices and backup technologies as part of the support role Perform configuration management to ensure all systems are operating optimally.
