Property management looking for handy-man. We own 30+ properties in Muncie/Ball State area and are looking for someone who can do general maintenance and small jobs. Examples of work would range from painting, adjusting door handles, light electrical/plumbing, drywall repair etc.
This isn't a full time job. We would contact you when work is needed and you could work into your schedule. Perfect for someone who already does their own thing and needs additional work. Must have your own transportation/tools. Must be able to pass a background check. $25-$35 per hour depending on speed and job.
