1)Implement and develop patient specific care plans.
2)Promotes personal safety and a safe environment for clients and coworkers
3) Monitors documentation of clinical records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
4)Participates and trains a team of LPNs and Home Health Aides to provide effective and quality home health care services.
Must have managerial and home health experience!
