Job Title: MIG Welder$19.50/hr | New Castle, INJob DescriptionOur client in New Castle has immediate openings in their welding department for entry-level MIG welders. As 95% of the welding in the facility is performed by robots, the primary responsibility will be repair welding. This role involves working with carbon steel, utilizing wire-fed equipment. This position offers significant growth potential in a production-based environment.Responsibilities
Perform repair welding on thin carbon steel using MIG welding techniques.
Operate wire-fed welding equipment effectively.
Ensure the quality and integrity of all welds.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
