Explore FirstChoice – Trinity Health's travel nurse staffing solution!Check out our exciting new programSaint Joseph Health System is implementing a new nurse staffing program, FirstChoice, which creates an internal, regional nurse staffing pool and will complement our existing staffing programs.Registered Nurses, Travel RNs - PT, Flex, AssignmentsFirstChoice of Indiana/Illinois is utilized to fill immediate, short-term nursing positions to support the needs of SJHS. This program allows us to have our own nurses fill gaps in staffing. FirstChoice nurses will not replace or take away hours from our internal Nursing Resource Pools. Adding an in-house team of regional nurse travelers who align with our Mission and Core Values, and who are highly knowledgeable about our care practices, processes and standards, further supports and upholds our commitment to exceptional care and a strong nursing team culture. First Choice is currently hiring experienced nurses in all specialities to help fill short term and long term assignments at our St. Joseph Regional Medical Center - Mishawaka, St. Joseph Medical Center - Plymouth, and/or our Loyola and Mercy hospitals in Illinois.What's in it for you?

Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license

Current BLS; ACLS for critical care.

Two years of current experience in desired practice area.

Willingness to float throughout the hospital and/or throughout multiple hospital locations.

EPIC experience preferred.

Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility.

Ability to complete the orientation and training. We have different options to choose from that will meet your schedule.
