Warehouse Supervisors often work in busy environments where priorities can change at a moment's notice, so an ability to multitask is and delegate is essential with this role.

Responsibilities/DutiesMajor Responsibilities include, but no limited to:
Produces plastic substrate on his shift at the lowest possible cost.
Maintains a positive safety attitude among shift members.
Maintains a safe work area during his shift.
Produces extruded substrate to meet quality standards as established by quality control.
Produces extruded substrate in compliance with the manufacturing schedule.
Cooperates with other supervisors to ensure efficient operation.
Takes advantage of opportunities to increase knowledge of the extrusion process.
Trains new employees for efficient and safe operation.
Supervises Extrusion Operators on all three shifts.
Monitors employee performance and prepares annual performance reviews for all subordinates.
Required Experience
3+ years of related operations experience preferred, in Warehouse operations
Safety leadership experience a plus.
Demonstrated business acumen required.
