Group Home Lead Direct Support Professional

The Lead Direct Support Professional position is responsible to assist the program director with the coordination of services to the individuals served, including finance, medical, recreation, program services, family contact/involvement, education, and household management. This position assists the program director in maintaining consistency in program implementation, individual care, and communication with staff and interdisciplinary team members, including the day or residential program.
