CMDB and APM Process OwnerFull Time PermWay of Work : Hybrid - 2 days on locationSalary Range: $107,000 - $160,500, plus annual bonusLocation: Columbus, OH or Merrillville, INRelocation assistance providedThe End User Services Organization provides operational support and innovative solutions for the NiSource end user environment.ITIL CMDB and APM Process Owner is responsible for maintaining the Configuration Management and Application Management processes within ServiceNow by maintaining the process and procedures, training the team members, and making sure that process is followedYour responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Establish and build relationships with other process owners, internal and external resources and stakeholders to understand business objectives, data structure, and how CMDB and Asset Management processes will best support the enterprise and process specific objectives.

Maintains and matures the CMDB and APM processes, including training, reporting and monitoring to ensure the processes are delivering the expected business value and are being followed.

Responsible for maintaining Asset and CMDB architectural standards in alignment with the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and provide prescriptive guidance on service modeling within the CMDB in support of scalability, automation.

Communicates effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, using various methods such as presentations, reports, diagrams, and user stories.

Applies problem-solving skills and analytical thinking to troubleshoot issues, resolves conflicts, and proposes solutions.

Measures and monitors the performance, quality, and value of the IT services and solutions, using metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Understands and complies with the contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs) of the service providers

Implements continuous improvement practices to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

4+ years of experience ITIL process ownership

2+ years of experience working in ServiceNow

Preferred Qualifications

Utility industry experience
