Accounting Manager

Heartland REMC is looking to hire an Accounting Manager, your duties would include but are not limited to:Manage, oversee, and complete all financial and accounting records and reports in accordance with generally acceptable accounting procedures and Financial Accounting Standards Board and Rural Utility Service standards.Measures results, completes trend-and comparative analysis.  Oversees corporate cash management.  Makes financial recommendations when necessary.Assist in the preparation of financial budgets and other corporate long-range plan.Preparing and monitoring the cooperative’s financial forecast.  Preparing and submitting information for cost-of-service studies and rate cases.Oversees corporate cash management.  Makes financial recommendations when necessary.
