Network Administrator

Boone REMC is looking for a Network Administrator.The Network Administrator at Boone REMC is responsible for the daily administration, maintenance, and support of the organization's network and cybersecurity systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. This role involves administering network topologies that integrate and segment multiple corporate, field, and wide-area networks, maintaining high redundancy and reliability. Additionally, the Network Administrator will review logs to identify potential security incidents, creates proactive alerts, collaborates with contractors and other departments, implements and maintains security protocols, conducts vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, and stays updated with the latest trends and technologies to enhance the organization's security posture.The successful candidate will report to the IT Infrastructure Manager.
