Description We are offering a 6 month employment opportunity for a Sr. Financial Analyst in the manufacturing industry, located in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. This role requires a focus on data, financial, and variance analysis in the manufacturing field. Responsibilities: Conduct data analysis to support various operational analytics duties, including data querying, spreadsheet design and maintenance, trending, and KPI monitoring. Analyze financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. Identify trends and recommend actions to management to improve financial status. Analyze and interpret data, make comparative analyses, and study proposed changes in methods and materials to recommend actions. Enhance productivity by developing automated applications and coordinating information requirements. Provide process improvement identification and implementation using root cause analysis techniques. Conduct overhead and variance analysis to provide insights into manufacturing costs. Develop and maintain executive level reporting processes. Use visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau for data representation and analysis. Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes. This role will require on-site presence for three days per week. The successful candidate will have skills in financial analysis, data analysis, variance analysis, data visualization, financial modeling, and SAP software. Experience with Microsoft Power BI and Tableau is highly desirable.Requirements Proficiency in Financial Analysis and Ad Hoc Financial Analysis. Expertise in Variance Analysis and Manufacturing Variance. Proficiency in Financial Modeling and ability to Develop Financial Models. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation. Ability to work independently, manage large, complex projects, and balance multiple tasks. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
