Job Title: LaborerJob DescriptionThe chosen candidate will be wearing multiple hats in the facility. They want to be able to cross-train everyone on all processes in the facility. There are 2 openings currently.Responsibilities
General labor duties, including lifting 50lbs consistently throughout the day
Breaking down raw material
Filling sacks and stacking on pallets for forklift operator
Essential Skills
Math skills for weighing out materials
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Proven reliability and attendance
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Leadership experience
Experience as a farm hand
Railroad experience

The shop floor is dirty and dusty, and the position may require some outside work. The shift runs from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Porte, Indiana.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
