OverviewElement is hiring a Live Clinic Coordinator in our Kokomo, IN Lab.Responsibilities
Call occupants to schedule Live Clinics
Update Weekly Schedules
Check in occupants (get weight and height) during the clinics
Monthly billing for live occupant payments
Updating occupant log spreadsheet (Updated Occupant Phone Numbers) with contact information/weight/height information
Finding new occupants for different testing categories
Works with Engineers to schedule live clinics
Downloads test requests and shipping/receiving documents into electronic database for record keeping
Skills / Qualifications
Must have knowledge and ability to use computers and related technology efficiently
Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel
Capable of accurate record keeping
Must be friendly and outgoing
