Job Description : loading and unloading the foam that goes into Ford seats into a machine. Weighs 10-12lbs. VERY EASY WORK
No heavy lifting, but REPETITIVE lifting
Paid lunch
8 hour shifts only
Non climate controlled
Steel toes or composite toe shoes required
You will have to train on first shift for two days during orientation only
1st shift: M-F 7am – 3pm…… $17.25
2nd Shift: M-F 3pm – 11pm…… $18.10
3rd shift S-Th 11pm – 7am … $19
Modern Manufacturing (fully automated), very little heavy lifting

Plant is only 5 years old so brand new
7th day worked is double time
OSHA Standards plus more policies have been implemented and they are audited frequently to ensure safety
Have a suggestion system for employees that can end up in a monthly drawing for good ideas
If OT time is 20% of total hours worked and if no attendance issues (work all scheduled days) then they will get an additional day off
