Production Lead

Responsible for the coordination of print jobs for the printing process. Position manages workflow through all departments, processes job tickets and is responsible for daily productivity reports. This position will serve as support to the exempt Team Leader for the shift.KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Assist training new employees and providing input for team member appraisals 10% Assist Team Leader and WIP Coordinator with the facilitation of late orders. 10% First point of contact for team members regarding production issues. 20% The Production Lead will also be responsible for the following: Assist Team Leader with weekly labor scheduling and daily workflow through all departments. 25% Other production duties as assigned. 35%
