Supervisor, Production

Front line supervision providing day to day oversight and direction to the hourly union direct reports.   The responsibilities include but are not limited to providing training, resources and the necessary tools to make them successful.   This position will report to the Superintendent of the Department and will work closely with other supervision, quality, continuous improvement and other support roles.    Production Supervisors are accountable for enforcing compliance to procedures, rules, and policies and adminstering corrective action when necessary to remedy issues.
