Specialist, Builder Shared Services II

The Specialist, Builder Shared Services reports to the Director, Builder Customer Service. The Specialist, Builder Shared Services is an individual contributor role on the Builder Accounts Services team. This role is responsible for administrative duties, managing builder national rebate program, setting up new accounts, and assisting with escalated issues. This role is expected to provide team continuity and assist in project management.YOUR ROLE:Facilitate approval and processing of pricing agreementsCollaborates with key leadership to ensure customer set up and maintenance is accurateProcess special pricing agreements, such as rebates, credits, and charitable contributionsPO creation and tracking in Oracle to support Service CentersPost documents and maintain forms on marketing repositoryResponsible for assistance with compliance documentationSales Administrative support – set up and maintenance of Sales RepresentativesCreate and distribute reports (sales, profitability, variances, etc.) on a regular basisProject management as requestedCreate and maintain process and procedures for all aspects of roleCreate and give presentations for training purposesProvides back-up support for other functions as may be assignedInvolve appropriate stakeholders in decision-making processesParticipate in company efforts related to ethics and compliance activitiesPerforms other duties as may be assigned at management’s discretion CHARACTERISTICS AND ATTRIBUTES:Make the team better Celebrate success; give feedback to improveGet actively involved and share your perspectiveBe boldMake big commitments to deliver big resultsFail fastChampion improvementTrust the tools to drive resultsDon’t wait for someone else to find a better way
