Drivers wanted Owner/Operators (Indianapolis)

I am looking to sign on a couple owner operators to my company. I am looking for drivers with at least 2 years driving experience, has a good safety score, as well as a good driving record(insurance purposes). I can try to run ya how you desire, preferably I will dispatch you home on the weekends unless you want to be out longer. You'll be required to have a current dot physical, as well as a reliable equipment. I will be paying percentage of gross per week, on a weekly basis. If you have a trailer that can create an opportunity to make a little more (can explain in depth at a later time.)
