Light commercial and residential remodel/rehab jobs

We are a real estate leasing company with several properties in Indianapolis.
We always have jobs to do. Remodel and rehab.
We provide materials and fees. We pay for labor and cleanup.
Site 1 Commercial
This site is just SW of downtown Indy near Harding Street and Howard Street
Medium sized commercial building 80x45
Need the following types of work now, more after this phase is completed.
Floor joist repair due to rot. 1st floor joists with full basement underneath.
Two Complete small bathroom remodels. 1 full, 1 is a ½ bath. Both already demo’d out.
Metal roof over shingles on building facade. 6 foot high. Steep pitch. 10 feet off ground. Metal over shingles or remove shingles first.
Gutters. Two straight strips, each about 75 feet long, plus downspouts/runoffs. Prefer single piece gutters from a gutter guy.
Site 2 is residential
Lay LVP flooring in basement, about 700sqft
Trim out the basement walls (drywall) after floor is laid
Add full bath in basement. Option 1 is to buy a special toilet the requires no concrete work. Option 2 is to cut up the floor for plumbing. We are open to both. This job includes shower, double vanity, toilet, tile, drywall ceiling and walls, possible ejection pit. Frame 1 wall, hang door, etc.
We pay in full with a local check within 72 hrs of completion.
Usually pay within 24 hours if we have time to review work that fast.
We do not make any payments up front before work has begun.
We do not pay advances before work is complete.
Finally, the check will have to be written to a business name, not a personal name.
If you don’t have a Business name or an LLC, we can help you with that for free.
