Looking to hire one person that can do home maintenance and rehabs. I have several homes in Indianapolis that are either currently occupied or in process of being ready to rent. If you're on any drug other than weed, this is not for you. Great opportunity for the right person
REQUIRED
Must have reliable transportation
Must have your own tools
Must have knowledge and be able to do the following
light electrical and plumbing
roof/siding replace-repair
grass cutting/weed eating
painting/drywall
vinyl plank flooring/ quarter round
window/door replacement-repair
tree trimming/ removal
fencing installation chain link/plank
