Need to be clean in appearance and work. We do a lot of custom home repaints, so good brush and roll work will get you started. But fine finish spray experience, reliability, consistency will get you far! We also do exteriors, cabinet refinishing and are getting into new construction as well. The more we grow the more you will have opportunities to advance, as I will need more crews soon.
We are currently repainting schools during summer break, background checks may be required to work certain projects.
You need hand tools and reliable transportation.
Looking for 1-2 people to help as things pick up after winter months.

Text with a small description of experience and any pics of previous work. Then I’m going to give you an address to show up the next day for an on site interview and then possibly try you out in a bathroom or closet cut and roll, if you do good I’ll invite you back. After 2 week trial period I’ll offer you a permanent position.
