Must have own tools and transportation. Pay attention to detail. Ability to read work orders and pick up materials needed from Home Depot. Extremely good with communication! Net 20 days pay-out and 1099 position. Materials are paid up front from us and or our clients. Year around work, peak season spring and summer. Must be the person or crew doing the work direct
