ALL JOBS PAY! We are currently seeking skilled carpenters who are already excellent communicators to install our custom Glide-Out shelving in customers’ existing cabinets. We have also expanded into installing Master Closet systems, reach-ins, mudrooms, laundry’s and pantries.
We bring the customers to you. This is an excellent opportunity for independent business owners, independent carpenters, fire fighters, kitchen/bath remodelers, or those seeking part-time/supplemental work. You’ll find it's not a 9-5 “job” but rather the chance to grow your own business alongside ours. Installers receive a percentage of the net cost of the job to install our custom pull-out shelving solutions.
Responsibilities:
Receive job alerts via email and schedule an appointment with the customer
Take accurate measurements and upload to the computer portal system
Receive and inspect shipments
Inspect products for quality
Install Glide-Out shelving at customer home to the customer’s satisfaction
Collect final payment and upload to computer portal system
Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a finish/ trim carpenter
Must have liability insurance
Must value the importance of customer service!
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be dependable, professional, prompt, motivated, organized, and exercise good time management
Must have reliable transportation and cargo trailer
Must own your own tools
Must be able to regularly lift 40+lbs and easily work on knees inside base cabinets
Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry
