Building Management Group

Our building management firm and GC requires a skilled carpenter for a potential expansion project. The initial phase entails converting a studio apartment into a one-bedroom unit, project is the framing of an eight-foot half wall and installation of a barn door. Successful completion may lead to additional assignments. Qualified carpenters with relevant experience are invited to respond for further details. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with immediate availability.
