Are you a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and a drive to excel? If so, we invite you to join our solar sales team and play a pivotal role in accelerating our growth and extending our reach in the Indianapolis area!

As a Solar Sales Consultant, you'll visit potential customers in their homes, either through leads provided by the company or ones you find yourself (which can earn you more commission). Your main task will be to inform customers about the benefits of renewable energy and detail the client's options to adopt solar. We will provide the necessary training and tools to ensure success in your position.

Qualifications:

Must live in the Indianapolis area

Must have reliable transportation for conducting in-home appointments with customers

Must be comfortable with technology to show presentations to customers

Be able to close sales with homeowners who meet the appropriate criteria

At least 18 years old

Compensation:

100% commission based on uncapped earnings, complemented by generous bonuses.

Responsibilities:

Operate outside of an office environment but within your assigned sales area

Provide personal excellent customer service

Attend 1-3 weekly sales training

Compete in office and company-wide competitions

Travel to solar consultations, educate clients about renewable energy and walk customers through the solar sales process

Address customers' questions and concerns

Handle mature conversations with customers, vendors and other employees in a respectful manner
