Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Lead Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to follow up with leads generated through various channels until they convert into successful deals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to quickly establish rapport and build relationships with sellers.

Responsibilities:

- Follow up with leads generated through marketing efforts, including but not limited to phone calls, emails, and text messages.

- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress in our CRM system.

- Develop and nurture relationships with sellers to understand their needs and motivations.

- Provide exceptional customer service to potential clients, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth transition from lead to deal closure.

- Stay informed about market trends and changes to better serve clients and identify potential opportunities.

- Continuously improve lead management processes and strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

- REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED - if you are a quick learner, a hard worker, and good at building rapport with people over the phone, then we will teach you everything you need to know.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

- Proficiency with CRM software and other relevant tools.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for real estate.
