About the job:

We have a thrilling opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a Disposition Manager to join our team and take charge of driving our sales efforts to new heights.

Responsibilities:

As our Disposition Manager, you will play a crucial role in the expansion and success of our real estate ventures. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Outbound Calls: Proactively reaching out to potential clients through developing relationships with outbound calls and sharing exciting real estate investment opportunities.

2. Appointment Setting: Scheduling and managing appointments with prospective clients and showcasing our properties to them

3. Sales Enthusiast: Embracing the role of a sales person, you will be showcasing our properties to potential buyers and investors and effectively close deals.

Requirements:

To thrive in this exciting role, we require the following qualifications:

1. Local Presence: Applicants must be based locally, knowledgeable of the local real estate market, along with an understanding of how to build GREAT RELATIONSHIPS. You MUST be located in Indianapolis, Indiana

2. Transportation: Possessing reliable transportation to attend property showings and meetings with potential clients.

3. Sales Experience: While real estate sales experience is preferred, but not required. We welcome individuals with a passion for sales and a willingness to learn.

4. Money Motivated: A strong drive and motivation to achieve sales targets, as this is a commission-based position. The more you sell, the more you earn!
