ustom Millwork Company specializing in Hospitality and Medical Projects is seeking a qualified project manager. Our customer base is immense, our business works nationwide. The successful candidate will have 5 plus years in project management experience in a construction environment and be capable of managing multiple projects at a time. They will also possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written. This position is also responsible for drawing control with communication from our outside designer, customer input, field dimensions and then providing this information to our production manager. Skills in Excel and Quickbooks are also desirable.
We are located outside the small town of Greenfield Indiana. Our work style is laid back, our work philosophy is team oriented. We support each other with the common goal of getting the job finished properly and on time.
Qualifications:
Minimum education required: High School Diploma
Special skills required: Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Broad knowledge of commercial custom millwork construction and installation. Previous experience working with installation crews. Ability to interpret contracts and legal agreements. Excellent communication, interpersonal customer relations skills. Ability to work with and motivate personnel.
Special knowledge required: Detailed knowledge of millwork manufacturing, specifications, and costs.
Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft windows, word, excel.
Ability to travel and do field measurements.
Ability to work with general Contractors and installers to meet scheduling requirements.
CNC Programing knowledge is a PLUS.
AutoCAD is a PLUS.
