About Triple Berry Moving:

Triple Berry Moving is an Indianapolis based moving company. We strive to offer premium moving services to all our customers. The Triple Berry Team is looking to add a part-time administration position.

Full Job Description:

This position includes but is not limited to taking calls and gathering contact information for potential customers, talking to existing or returning customers, organizing leads in our CRM system, keeping track of all moves, and making sure the whole team is aware of any changes, being creative to help us find easier and better ways to stay organized, and more. We are looking for someone who can bring a fresh and new personality to our company. This person will be the first impression of our company, so we are looking for someone who enjoys speaking with people and helping others stay organized. Being that Triple Berry Moving is a relatively new company and we are rapidly expanding, this will allow a lot of upward mobility and a chance to grow.

Requirements:

-High School Diploma or equivalent

-Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Drive

Preferences:

-Bachelor's Degree or higher

-Current college students welcome

-1-3 years customer service or sales experience

-Enjoys and is good at organization

Preferred dress code:

Casual (come as you are, but please be presentable)

Schedule:

-Daytime

-4 hour shift

-Day shift

-Monday to Friday

To keep customers and movers safe, we ask employees if they are running fevers or feeling ill to not report to work.

Experience:

-Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
