Local Sign Shop is looking to hire Customer Service Representative.
M-F: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Carmel, IN
Duties/Responsibilities:
Provides excellent customer service and accurately assesses all customer signage needs. Also assists with in-house marketing programs.
Respond efficiently to all walk-in customers and telephone inquires to determine sign needs, provide recommendations and estimates and assist with the order process.
Be able to recognize sign opportunities and present solutions in a knowledgable and professional manner to customers resulting in closed sales order.
Assure customer satisfaction.
Continuously learn about the sign business
Create and prepare unique and creative designs for signs.
Prepare production files for screen printed apparel.
Must possess the ability to organize and work on multiple projects at the same time.
Must be able to meet quick turn deadlines in a fast paced environment.
