Seeking a motivated individual who enjoys driving to customers and working with their hands. We are building a kick-ass group in North Indy serving 1.5 million people, stretching north to Lafayette, Kokomo, and Muncie from Indianapolis.

We are seeking someone who wants to see the world be a better place, and is driven to be part of that cultural revolution. This branch is brand new, with grand opening happening March 18th. Products that we install and service are Modular Aluminum Handicap Ramps, Porch Lifts, Stair Lifts, Bath Safety, Grab Bars, Vehicle Lifts and other accessibility and mobility equipment.

This is a brand new location. The first 12-18 months will be hard, but those who join and stick with it will live a very comfortable life and will grow in more ways than you can imagine.

Hours are 8-5pm Monday through Friday. Some overtime may be available. Work will be in our office, with the primary focus being on receiving and making calls to customers, entering their needs into our system, writing thank you cards to our customers, some management of inventory in Quickbooks (easy to learn).

Responsibilities

Receive calls from new or existing customers, enter their information into our software called Jobber (easy to learn).

Schedule customer visits which are performed by other employees to do estimates or install product.

Call customers that we missed, or that we haven't heard from in a while.

Send invoices to customers.

Maintain inventory in our warehouse, work with the branch manager to keep inventory at the proper levels.

Write thank you cards to customers.

Qualifications

Hold a high standard for yourself and others.

Be willing to help our customers, if they call asking for spark plugs ask what their car is and hop on Google.

Give the best customer experience possible, companies like Sweetwater and 1st Phorm are excellent examples of customer service.

Competent with using computers, most work will be done in Word, Outlook, Quickbooks, and Jobber. If you don't know Quickbooks or Jobber that is fine, they are easy to learn.

Ability to pass drug screening and background check.
