TRISTAR Cleaning Services is seeking driven, entrepreneurial-minded independent cleaning contractors and small-to-medium cleaning teams (2+ members) to join our fast-growing establishment and provide services for apartments /New Homes, Airbnb, Schools, Restaurant, Warehouses, Stadiums, Hotels, Hospitals & etc. in Indy area.
Starting rate $16 - $20 per hr. (depending on experience). Must have clear background and reliable transportation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform thorough cleaning of assigned residential or commercial areas.
Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, surfaces, and fixtures.
Sanitize bathrooms and kitchens, ensuring hygiene standards are met.
Organize and declutter spaces as needed.
Follow specific cleaning instructions and protocols provided by clients.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the homeowner or supervisor in assigned job placement.
Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good condition.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through excellent service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in residential/commercial cleaning preferred, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleaning tasks.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks.
