ABC Supply, the nation’s largest distributor of exterior and interior building products, is seeking a motivated Material Handler - Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join its team. In this role, you will receive materials, pull orders for walk-in customers, operate forklifts, and load products onto delivery trucks.

Specific duties may include:
Receive incoming shipments and verifying contents against purchase orders or invoices
Inspect packages for damage and report any discrepancies or issues to appropriate personnel
Prepare outgoing shipments by packing items securely and labeling them accurately
Load and unload trucks using forklifts
Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate counts of items
Complete shipping paperwork, forms, checklists, audits, and other paperwork as required
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
Maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse
Performing rotating loading or unloading duties as assigned on a daily basis
Operating forklifts safely and responsibly
Treating all customers and coworkers in a helpful and professional manner
Performing all duties safely
Specific qualifications include:
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
Previous warehouse and forklift experience is preferred
Ability to lift 75-100 pounds consistently
Building material experience is a plus
Positive attitude and team player
