Qualifications

Capable of working in dusty environments and navigating uneven surfaces.

Comfortable working in tight spaces and at heights, such as on scaffolding and in crawlspaces.

Willing to follow instructions and complete tasks as required.

Must possess basic carpentry tools: tool belt with hammer holster, utility knife, 30-foot measuring tape, cordless drill with bit holder, gloves, and hammer.

Basic understanding of job site organization and construction practices.

Maintain a positive attitude, self-awareness, and respect for coworkers.

Basic familiarity with safety and health procedures, with ongoing training provided.

Reliable transportation is optional.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Keep the job site clean, load and unload materials over 50 pounds, install property protection, and organize tools and materials.

Assist with site preparation tasks, such as trench digging.

Work in an organized manner and take responsibility for assigned tasks.

Communicate ideas and information clearly; show curiosity and resourcefulness.

Prioritize safety for yourself and your team members.

Help maintain job site security, ensuring the safety of personnel, tools, and materials.

Occasionally drive a company vehicle as needed, with a clean motor vehicle report required.

Capable of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds.
