The role of the Administrative Service Coordinator is to assist the Service Manager with all operations of the service department and ensure that all customers receive the highest level of customer service. The role includes advising on customer issues, collecting payments, reviewing paperwork and resolving issues with field technicians, creating estimates and ordering parts for customers, diagnosing pool issues, etc. This person will need to learn the pool and its parts and possess critical thinking & problem solving skills while also showing attention to detail. This person will need to be able to manage their time well, work efficiently and have strong customer service skills. It is a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Dealing with customer questions about service work and troubleshooting pool issues

- Creating estimates and ordering parts

- Coordinating with field technicians and customers throughout the service process

- Building and maintaining positive rapport with field technicians and customers

REQUIREMENTS:

- Knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Outlook, and Excel.

- At least 2 yrs of customer service experience in an office environment.

- Professional communication skills.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Must be local to Indianapolis as this is an in-office position.

- Strong attention to detail.
