Team Lead, Content HighPoint’s professionals focus on helping government agencies and companies implement their most critically strategic initiatives. The role of Team Lead, Content, contributes to HighPoint by managing product workflows to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to internal and external clients and stakeholder partners. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

Effectively communicate with external and internal clients and contract stakeholders.

Use creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions when needed, especially for major initiatives, challenging or new products, and process improvement.

Accurately track all product inventory statuses for reporting purposes.

Ensure all changes and comments received from the client, along with CWR status during product development, are accurately captured and logged in a timely manner within the workflow tool specified by internal operating procedures.

Consult with internal and external partners regarding strategy for CSR feedback monitoring, addressing feedback trends, and training as needed.

Effectively use Microsoft Office software, SharePoint, Adobe, and internal reporting tools.

Maintain subject matter expertise on the content and purpose of Medicare products (Parts A, B, C, and D) and the Affordable Care Act (ACA).

Manage competing priorities.

Maintain inventory of Medicare products.

Effectively use internet search tools and web browsers.

Mentor content specialists on processes and procedures.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ability to understand and explain complicated Medicare policy in plain language and in an easy-to-understand format.

Basic knowledge of call center environment preferred.

Basic knowledge of Medicare preferred.

Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products with a focus on MS Excel and MS Word (5 - 7 years).

Basic understanding of project management principles (1 - 3 years).

Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.

Ability to effectively present information to top management and public groups.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

Ability to work on deadline.

Ability to communicate professionally via telephone and web conference.

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

EDUCATION AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or 5 to 7 years related experience and/or training; or 10 years combination of education and experience.

Supervisory or management experience is a plus.
