Dungarvin is seeking a dynamic Special Projects Director who has experience in the Human Services industry to join our team and support the Colonial and East Regions in delivering high-quality services for individuals with developmental disabilities. WHAT YOU'LL DO:Provide project management, administrative, and strategic support across multiple regional initiatives.Lead and assist in launching and stabilizing new services and programs.Support marketing, RFP responses, and the development of new business opportunities.Offer interim leadership during upper management vacancies.Drive policy development, quality improvement, and organizational innovation.Collaborate with senior management to shape systems that support efficiency, compliance, and service excellence.
